    Since Coming Back

Since coming back, it has been shopping, hanging out, yumcha, meetups, eating, watching shows and movies, the usual stuffs. I've realised that shopping and buying awesome stuffs makes me unbelievably happy. :)

And in case you're wondering, all the stuffs I've bought to date are not black! I know the Melb friends will like that, since one of those days they threw open my wardrobe, saw nothing but black and from then on kept telling me not to always wear black hahah.

Of course, went out with Kinz often. Just recently we went shopping together, though we didn't plan to. He decided we should hunt for more skirts for me, because believe it or not I only have about two. And I don't know why, but I kept finding really good deals that day! I found a RM15 skirt and a RM10 top, among others. :)

Lunch and dessert at Secret Recipe.
Taking one look at our cakes, he said,
"Looks like you like black and I like white"
    Get it? Hahah. ;)

    Camwhoring with his Wayfarers.

    Him and his glasses.

Him taking my camera to camwhore with his new shoes,
    while I'm trying on clothes.

It was fun because I don't usually find anything when I'm shopping with him; I guess because I'm too worried he'll be bored. But yea I'm happy I bought so many stuffs. We even went to two shopping malls that day. Haha.

Just the day before, I went shopping with my mum and aunt and I bought tons too, and the clothes were so colourful when put together that I felt happy hahah.

Went for an awesome, awesome, awesome lunch today at Rakuzen. It beats even Zanmai sushi, and I was on cloud nine the whole time I was eating. Really, it's that good.

And as a parting comment, the Korean show "We Got Married" is really addictive! Haha ok bye! :)

    Flirting Bus Drivers

On the day of my flight back home, I decided to try out a new bus service to the airport that was recommended by Emily. I ended up being the only passenger, which prompted me to ask if it was a new service. And before I knew it, the bus driver was telling me all the reasons why I should use their service the next time, and all the horror stories of how other competitors had terrorised their customers before (funny, it never happened to me). Soon enough I learned that he used to lift weights, fly planes, was from Europe and was in his late thirties, among others.

If that wasn't enough, he then asked me to tell him something about myself. He then asked when I would be graduating, and when I replied, he went, "Aww, a pretty girl like you going home, it'll break our hearts!" and I was like okayyyy. Hahaha. Later he tried to get me to promise to text him when my plane landed safely, and asked me to text him during New Year and Chinese New Year, and "once you text me, I will reply forever!"

Hahah ok I took it all in good fun, but let's just say I probably won't be using his service again. Hahah.

The flight was pretty okay. Reached back home and sauntered happily into my room, dropping my stuffs and not even bothering to turn on the lights. It wasn't until I turned to my dressing table that I stopped, and blinked in the dark.

Because this was on my dressing table:

    Pretty lilac roses! :)

    Sorry, framing not so good.
Too excited to bother about framing hahah.

I already could've guessed who it was from, but just to make sure, I called excitedly for my dad and asked, "What's that??" Hahah.

For the first time, the boyfriend managed to surprise me so completely. I kept smiling and going, "Awwww" everytime I saw it, which was practically once every 5 seconds, until my dad looked at me exasperatedly. Hahaha.

It's good to be home, and the prospect of bumming out for the next three months is both delightful and scary. :p

    At The Tram Stop

    Forgot about this:

The other day, when Kitmun and I were waiting for the tram to go to Nick's to surprise him, there were three other angmohs there. We thought they were drunk because as we were walking towards the tramstop, they were yelling at us trying to get our attention, which we ignored, obviously.

Then as we stood there, one of them came up to us and stood right in front of us, and said hi. For a split second, I thought of ignoring him (Kitmun just kept quiet the whole time) but I thought it's be worse if we didn't talk to him, so the following ensued:

    Him: Hi
Me: Hi [in the I-don't-wanna-talk-to-you, curt voice; didn't look at him once]
    Him: Where you all going?
    Me: Somewhere
    Him: Where?
    Me: Somewhere
Him: You don't wanna talk to me?
    Me: No
    Him: Why not? Annoying?

At that point I ignored him. and he finally got the message after standing there awkwardly for a while, because he then said "sorry" and walked away.

Truth be told, I was a little rattled but yea I was more annoyed at that point than scared. Bloody hell, no one yells at me to get my attention, and then tries to pick me up with some lame conversation.

In fact, no one yells at me, period.

    The Last Few Days

On Thursday, went out with Emily and Ming Kim for lunch and to try the all-too-famous milkshakes at Soda Rock on Chapel St. And it really was quite good. Even the food wasn't too bad. It was an American diner, complete with jukebox and large booths. We then took pictures with Elvis haha, will get the pics off Em when she's free. :)

My chocolate cookie milkshake, with extra refill!
And Em in the back. :)

Later, thanks to Em (she told me to say this hahah), we decided to head on to the new DFO at South Wharf. We were pretty lucky because a thunderstorm started just as we reached the DFO, and spent the next four hours shopping.

I as usual didn't buy anything, because I couldn't find anything nice. I'm quite a fussy shopper haha. Mingkim kept telling us to buy this and that, until we accused him of getting commission out of it haha.

Later we had bubble tea, omg so good. We then went off to Monash Caufield to visit the campus. Mingkim kept telling us about how he was going to cook rabbits for dinner that night. I was cringing the whole time. How can he cook and eat such a cute, sweet, adorable creature?!

The next day, I was perfectly content to spend the day bumming out and watching drama, because for the last few days I have been non-stop running here and there, to the point that I was beginning to feel sick. I mean, it's fun going out, but I have bad stamina haha.

Bumped into Shanice when buying lunch and somehow she ended up staying over at my place for a few hours while we watched drama and talked. Later, went with her for dinner. And I tell you, how paiseh is it that when I wanted to treat her on impulse, I didn't have enough cash, and they didn't accept card below $50 (which we missed by a few measly dollars). And now, she won't accept my money back! So ironic. And so paiseh. -.-"

Saw this man on the streets, he is super talented!
Please excuse the bad quality pic, it was taken with my phone.

But it was good that I was able to spend a day with her, just in case she goes back after graduation. :)

We then had some shopping, where Roger joined us, and I was a lamppost for about an hour. Hahah. Had bubble tea again; I've had three in five days!

Went home, then later that night, went to surprise Nick aka Lengchai at his house. I don't know how Selena had his house keys, but when we knocked on his room door and the door opened, let's just say the sight was... shocking. Hahahah. He was still blurly smiling at all of us when Eric closed the door and told him to do us a favour and throw some clothes on. Hahahah. So cute lah. :p

So yeah, that's my holidays so far. Was going to go Mornington but the weather didn't look that great. Will be back home very, very soon. :)
